VPN Client – Solution for connetions errors

1. Problem: I get error 414 each time I try to connect. Check vnp connections states does not have valid IP address.

Solution: This is what worked for Windows 7 / 8.0 / 8.1

1. Un-install the vpn client, if installed
2. Reboot
3. Run this file: ftp://files.citrix.com/winfix.exe
4. Reboot
5. If 32-bit: Run this file: ftp://files.citrix.com/dneupdate.msi else if 64-bit: Run this file: ftp://files.citrix.com/dneupdate64.msi
6. Reboot
7. Install the VPN client again
8. Reboot
